When we think of a "sour" horse we think of ear pinning, biting at the girth, lack of cooperation, etc. But what some of us may not know is that most sour horses were once great horses, and in most cases, a human caused the horse to become sour.
When we treat horses all the same and don't understand them it can be easier to turn a good horse into a sour horse.
